    List of Ingredients




    BURGERS:
    2 salmon fillets, skinned and chopped (abt 1 1/2 pounds)
    2 Tbsp chopped red onion
    1 egg
    2 tsp grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 Tbsp olive oil

    SAUCE:
    2 oz cream cheese
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

    Recipe



    1. FOR BURGERS: Combine salmon, red onion, egg, rind, juice and
    pepper. Form into six 4-inch patties. Chill at least 2 hours.

    2. FOR SAUCE: In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt cream
    cheese with heavy cream. Cool a few minutes. Stir in dill, salt and
    pepper; set aside.

    3. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook
    patties 3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve topped
    with sauce.
