    Recipe Introduction

    Antioxidants abound in this tangy smoothie! Refreshing, invigorating and very healthy too!

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup frozen cranberries
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    Juice of one small lemon
    1 cup cranberry juice
    2 cups Vanilla Kefir

    Recipe

    Blend the frozen fruit and juices together until fruit is pureed smooth. Add Vanilla kefir, blending enough to stir in completely. Serve as is and enjoy. Serves 4
