    Kefir Dressing

    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup kefir


    Combine ingredients in a glass jar. Shake until well-blended.
    Chill before serving. Makes about 2 cups Kefir Dressing.
