    1 cup Kefir or Vanilla Kefir
    1 organic egg
    pinch nutmeg
    two pinches cinnamon
    1 Tbs Rapadura or white sugar (to taste)

    Recipe

    Blend and top with more fresh ground nutmeg. Enjoy! Feeling really decadent…top with whipped cream.
