    In a blender add:
*kefir - 1 cup or more per person who'll be sharing the smoothie -- you won't use that much at first because you are just beginning it; just work your way up there slowly.
    * 1 egg yolk per person
    * 1 tray frozen milk cubes ( I freeze milk in ice cube trays for this purpose and it makes the smoothies so much thicker and smoother).
    * Stevia (or sweetener of your chioce)..... If you aren't familar with Stevia, let me know and i can recommend some for you to try. It is an herbal sweetener that is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar. It does not affect blood sugar or candida at all.
    * about 1-2 cups fresh raw milk or cream or half n half (I use full cream and try to use as muc has I have around. There is no other way to get the good fats into our bodies than cream!!)
    * 2 Tblspoons organic virgin coconut oil (VCO) - I don't alway use this in the base- depends on the flavor I'm going for. It really is good with fruits and extrcts, but my boys aren't too crazy about the texture it leaves since it solidifies at 76 and below.

Try these additions for flavor variations (these are the names my kids gave the flavors for breakfast fun):
    * SImply Chocolate - 1/2 cup cocoa powder (or to your taste liking - we like astrong choco flavor around here!)
    * Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Copy Cat (cocoa powder - about 1/3 cup or so and peanut butter-about 1/4 cup or so)
    * French Vanilla (use 2 Tbls extract and vanilla bean if you have it)
    * Cherry Almond - unsweetened cherry perserves and almond extract to taste
    * Tropical Tasty - coconut milk (to your liking- it only takes a little bit to get the flavor), crushed unsweetened pineapple (canned or fresh) and a Tablespoon or so of shredded unsweetened coconut
    * Banana Fanana - add 1-2 before blending....this one is good with coconut milk and or pineapple too.
    * Very Berry - 1-2 cups fresh or frozen berries of any kind
    * White Chocolate Raspberry - 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
    * Blueberry Freeze - 1-2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
    * Apple Pie - chopped up apple pieces and cinnamon

For Mom and Dad -- My evening favorites:
    * Coffee Shot: 1-2 shots extra strength espresso coffee - cooled
    * Mocha Latte Shot: shots of espresso and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
