    NOTES : Can be used with 2 lbs of chicken too.

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs pork backribs -- Country Style
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 clove garlic -- crushed
    1 piece ginger root -- chopped
    1/2 Tablespoon sesame oil -- toasted

    Recipe



    Place ribs in crockpot, dump everything else in.

    3-4 hours on high, 5-6 on low and the meat just fall off the bone.
