    These are delicious - I made them with beef ground beef last night and
    I have NEVER had a juicier burger! Yum! Very freezable -

    2# of Ground Turkey or beef
    1 small onion chopped
    1 red onion chopped
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    2 T worcestershire sauce
    1 T. minced garlic
    1 T. sea salt
    1 t. hot sauce

    Mix together and form into patties. Makes 8 large juicy burgers. Can
    be made ahead and frozen on cookie sheet and then put into a plastic
    bag for individual use.
