    8" Deep Dish Pizza

    List of Ingredients




    2 ounces cream cheese -- softened
    2 eggs
    1/8 cup heavy cream
    1/8 cup parmesan cheese -- grated
    1/2 tablespoon garlic -- minced
    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese -- shredded
    1 cup Pizza Sauce - Midi's Homestyle Pasta Sauce or Ragu Pizza Quik Sauce

    Recipe



    Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth. Add cream,
    Parmesan cheese and spices.

    Oil 8" round deep dish pizza stone.

    Put 1 cup of shredded cheese in dish and pour egg mixture over.

    Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

    Spread with sauce and then add your toppings such as cooked sausage,
    pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives.
    *Note - onions will add carbs !!
    Cover with mozzarella cheese.

    Bake till brown and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes or so.
