List of Ingredients
Whole portabello mushroom caps
Hunt's "Four Cheeses" canned tomato sauce
Grated mozzarella cheese
Grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Italian seasoning, if desired Recipe
Preheat oven to 375
Lightly wipe a baking pan with olive oil.
Lay the mushroom caps smooth side down on the pan.
Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of sauce on each mushroom cap, spread nearly to the edges.
Sprinkle liberally with cheeses and seasoning.
Bake until the cheese is bubbly. Serve hot.
