Broiled Chicken Cordon Bleu

1 Tablespoon Butter melted
4 Slices Swiss Cheese
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
4 Thin Slices Ham or Canadian Bacon
Spicy Brown Mustard
Brush one side of chicken with butter. Place in preheated broiler on
broiler pan, about 4 inches from heat. Cook about 5 minutes. Turn chicken
over and do same with other side. Be sure chicken isn't pink inside. Brush
tops of chicken with mustard, place 1/2 slice of cheese on top of each
breast, then place ham on top of the cheese. Broil until ham is warm. Then
top with the rest of the cheese and broil until cheese is melted. Very
quick and easy to cook. Works great in a toaster oven with a broil function.
