    Buffalo Chicken Wings on Foreman Grill

    2 pounds chicken wings -- drummettes or wingettes

    1/4 cup butter

    1/4 cup hot sauce -- Frank's Louisiana red hot
    sauce, or to taste

    1 tablespoon vinegar

    1 teaspoon paprika

    Recipe



    Prepare grill for cooking. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in hot
    sauce, paprika and vinegar. Add mixture to uncooked chicken wings. Place
    wings on hot grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked
    thoroughly. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

    Serves 3-4 as appetizer.
