    Buffalo Wings

    Source of Recipe

    Jo Gainey

    List of Ingredients

2-1/2 pounds chicken wings (12-15 wings), split, tips removed
1/2 cup Franks Hot sauce (or more to taste)
    1/2 cup butter, melted

    Recipe

Dip wings in hot sauce and then in melted butter

Place in a single layer in a non-stick sprayed roasting pan and roast at 400
    degrees for 30 minutes
turning over at 20 minutes. Serve with celery and bleu cheese dip.

VARIATION: Based on a recipe from Wendy Landes

    MUSTARD SALSA SAUCE
    1-2 Tablespoons lime juice
    2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Pace brand prepared salsa
    2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro

Combine ingredients in blender cup, whirl for about a minute until salsa is
    well chopped,

Coat wings before roasting; use 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Drizzle with
melted butter or with olive oil. Tomato browns easily, using the lower heat
helps to keep it from browning too darkly before the chicken is properly
    cooked.

Note: leftover chicken (or turkey) that is already cooked can be coated in
a similar manner and cooked until well heated and beginning to brown.
    Delicious!
