Chicken-Broccoli Alfredo

1-2 lb. chicken breasts, boiled and cut into 1" chunks
1/2 jar "legal" Alfredo sauce (Classico)
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1-2 packages frozen broccoli (8-10oz. each)
whole wheat linguini or whole wheat spaghetti for fourRecipe
Gently warm Alfredo sauce in large sauce pan, add granulated
garlic and stir well, warm chicken in microwave, then add to
sauce and toss until well-coated. Avoid breaking up the
chicken. Cook broccoli, to bright green, firm and tender.
Drain. Cook pasta according to directions.
Serve pasta on plates or bowls, place broccoli on pasta,
then spoon on the chicken and Alfredo sauce mixture.
Liberally sprinkle with black pepper, serve and enjoy.
Adjust broccoli quantities as necessary for your family.
