List of Ingredients
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts with skin
2 strips of ham
2 slices Swiss cheese
1 egg beaten
1/4 bag of pork rinds ground in food processor (add
seasonings of your choice i.e. parsley flakes, basil, garlic
salt, onion salt, pepper)
Recipe
Slice open chicken breast and place strip of ham and
cheese inside chicken breast and close with toothpick. Take
chicken breast and dip in egg and roll in pork rind mixture.
Heat olive oil in fry pan on medium heat and lightly brown
chicken on each side and then place in baking pan and cook
at 350° degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on the size and
thickness of breasts. Juices should run clear.
Add a salad and green beans and enjoy.
