2 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
6 T butter
1/2 med. onion
3/4 lb mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 c heavy cream
3/4 c parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste Recipe
Cut chicken in cubes and saute in butter in a skillet 3-5 min. Add onion and mushrooms and saute 3-4 min. Pour in cream and cook over medium heat until sauce reaches desired thickness. Add cheese and seasonings.
