    This is a wonderful Greek chicken recipe! This low carb dish is easy to prepare and it tastes great. Serves 4 with 2.9 carbs per serving.* It's a perfect recipe for the Atkins diet. Give it a try.

    Necessary ingredients for this Greek Chicken recipe:

    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup Kraft canned Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    2 tbsp butter, melted
    9 ounces chopped spinach

    Recipe



    Prepare this Greek Chicken recipe:
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish. If you need a baking dish.

    2. Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and flatten with a meat mallet until 1/4" thick.

    3. Dredge each chicken breast in Parmesan cheese on both sides. Evenly divide the feta cheese between each chicken breast, placing the cheese on one end and folding the chicken in half.

    4. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and evenly pour the melted butter over the chicken.

    5. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

    6. While the chicken is cooking, steam the spinach. When the chicken is done, divide the spinach amongst the dinner plates and place a piece of chicken on top. Pour any melted butter left in the dish over the chicken.
