    Grilled Chicken Breasts With Lime/Dill S

    4 chicken breast halves, deboned and skinned

    Marinade:
    1/4 cup lime juice (may use lemon)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
    1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
    2 tablespoons melted butter

    Recipe



    Combine all marinade ingredients in heavy zip-lock plastic
    bag; mix.

    Add chicken breasts; seal bag. Turn to coat chicken with
    marinade; let stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.

    Grill 7-8 minutes according to the directions for the George
    Foreman grill. After you have turned the chicken...baste
    with butter.

    The George Foreman grill cooks on both sides at once. If you
    don't have a grill, cook for 7-8 minutes per side
