3/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons dried onion -- minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon dill seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 3 pound chicken
Recipe
In a large, resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, combine the first
10 ingredients. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate
4-6 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken,
covered, over low heat for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear,
turning several times.
