Monterey Jack Chicken

List of Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
5 oz worchestershire sauce
8 slices bacon
2 Tbsp olice oil
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheeseRecipe
Place chicken in a glass dish and fork several times. Pour Worchestershire
sauce in and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cook bacon
until evenly brown. drain and set aside. Heat oil in skillet. Saute
mushrooms and onions until soft. Set aside. Preheat oven to broil. Remove
chicken from marinade and broil for 5 minutes on each side. Top each breast
with 2 slices bacon then cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Serve
mushrooms and onions on top.
