List of Ingredients
4 slices cooked turkey breast (or thigh), 3/8 thick
1 package (Knorr) Hollandaise sauce prepared according to
directions
16 spears of asparagus, cooked--steam or microwave
recommended.
1 can (6 1/2 oz) crabmeat
4 medium mushrooms minced
1 tablespoon very finely minced onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Recipe
Set oven to 350. Mix together crabmeat, mushrooms,
mayonnaise and onion. In shallow baking pan, arrange turkey
slices and top each with 1/4 of the crab meat mixture. Add 4
asparagus spears to each pile, loosely cover with aluminum
foil and heat in oven for 10 minutes until crab mixture is
beginning to bubble. Place on serving dish and top with
hollandaise sauce. Serves 4
tip: Asparagus will "tell" you exactly where the tender
parts begin--just break them instead of cutting them--start
near the bottom trying to snap off the tough parts--they
will break exactly where the tender crisp part begins. For
fancy dinners where it will look better if they are the same
length, break them, then trim to the same length by placing
the heads along a straight edge and trim off the bottoms to
reach equal lengths. Trimmed off parts can be put into a bag
for soup making later.
