List of Ingredients




1 pound sausage
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 frozen pie shell --(Sugarbusters--omit crust--just spray the cooking dish
with non-stick spray, and butter the dish if desired)



Recipe



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook sausage in skillet until completely cooked. Drain grease and cool.

3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, including cooked sausage.
4. Place sausage mixture in the unbaked pie shell.
5. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.

SERVES: 6 Top with salsa or with additional cheese if desired
