List of Ingredients





1 head Romaine lettuce, washed, ribs removed
3-4 medium tomatoes, seeded, diced
1/2 medium onion (try a red onion) sliced thin in vertical
direction
1 cup guacamole (recipe below)
2 scallions
1 package (10 oz) frozen SnowPeas, defrosted
1/2 to 1cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar
8 slices bacon, cooked crispy, crumbled



Recipe




Wash and pat dry lettuce leaves. Tear with hands into
smaller pieces
and place in bottom of a casserole dish until approx 1"
thick. Add layer of tomatoes over lettuce. Add thinly
sliced onion, then add guacamole in dollops and smooth
together. Chop scallions and add for fourth layer.
SnowPeas go over scallions, mix salt and sour cream and
spread sour cream over top of the layers until even. Add
more or less as desired. Top with shredded cheddar then
garnish with crumbled bacon on top, if desired.

great salad for special occasions, potlucks, etc.
