    1 can tuna -- (1 ounce) packed in water (1 to 6)
    1/4 cup carrots -- shredded (lessen or omit)
    1 cup celery -- finely chopped
    1/4 cup green onions -- chopped
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
    1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
    1/4 teaspoon Pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Cover and chill. Eat alone, on
    a salad, or spread on endive leaves.
