    List of Ingredients




    3 cups cauliflower, trimmed and cut into small florets (about 1 head)
    1 1/2 cups heavy cream
    1/2 cup sour cream
    4 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
    12 teaspoon granulated onion
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    12 ounces extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    pinch of fresh nutmeg (1 shake from the can is usually right)
    fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

    Recipe



    Prepare a 11 x7 1/2 glass baking dish by spraying it with non stick spray.

    Cook cauliflower in lightly salted boiling water until tender-crisp, about 5
    minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water; set aside.

    In blender, whisk together cream, sour cream, eggs, garlic onion, butter and
    parmesan. Add cheddar cheese pieces, salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir. Fold
    into cauliflower.

    Bake at 375° f. about 30 minutes until top is lightly browned and center is
    set. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with sprigs of
    fresh parsley.
