1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Onions
2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Chiles
3 Tomatoes, Peeled (Drop In Boiling Water for 1 Minute And
Slice Thick)
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese -- Shredded



Recipe



Combine sour cream, salt, pepper, flour, onions, and
chilies. Place tomato slices on a cookie sheet. Cover them
with sour cream mixture and then cheese. Broil 4 inches
from heat for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
