    List of Ingredients




    4 large tomatoes -- ripe and half-ripe tomatoes will taste different--try
    each one if desired
    Italian salad dressing
    1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts
    2 Tablespoons fresh Basil , chopped
    1 cup pork rind crumbs
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    6 pats Butter

    Recipe



    The night before or early in the day, peel and slice tomatoes in thick
    slices. Pour Italian dressing over tomato slices in a non-stick sprayed
    glass baking dish. Refrigerate. About 1 hour before serving, slice
    artichoke hearts and place on tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil, pork rind
    crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Place dabs of butter on top of tomatoes. Bake
    at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

    SERVES: 8
