Faux Mashed Potatoes

1 head cauliflower (steamed- I use a rice cooker)
5 oz cream cheese
1 cup cheese (I used mozzarella)
1/2 stick of butter
3 cloves garlic finely chopped (could add more or less to taste)
Combine everything and blender with a hand blender. Has the exact texture
and look of mashed potatoes, tastes like garlic mashed.
Makes 6 5 oz serving at about 4.8 net carbs per serving. These are large
serving, could do 3 or 4 oz serving for less carbs. I measured it out with a
scale, put in separate dishes and froze it.
