    Praline Sweet Potatoes

    List of Ingredients




    3 or 4 peeled sweet potatoes
    1/2 cup butter
    6 packets Splenda
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1 tablespoon grated orange peel
    1/2 cup pecans

    Recipe



    Use leftover baked sweet potatoes or boil 3 to 4 chopped, peeled sweet
    potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are completely tender;
    drain. Mash sweet potatoes with butter, Splenda, ground ginger, grated
    orange peel, and ground cinnamon.

    Transfer mashed sweet potatoes to baking dish. Top with pecans and bake at
    350°F for 30 minutes.
    Easy and delicious.
