Crispy Almonds

4 c. almonds, preferably skinless
1T. sea salt
water
Mix almonds with salt and water and leave in warm place for at least 7 hrs. or overnight. Drain in a colander. Spread almonds on a cookie sheet in a warm oven (no more than 150 degrees) for 12-24 hrs., turning occasionally, until completely dry and crisp. Store in an airtight container.
