    Homemade Graham Crackers

    Source of Recipe

    KerryAnn Foster
3 cups sprouted flour (or whole-wheat flour)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    6 tbs butter, melted
1/3 to scant 1/2 cup honey

Sift together dry ingredients into a bowl.

Combine melted butter and honey. Pour into dry ingredients.

Mix with a fork, then push the dough together with your hands. Don't knead
or over-mix. Place the dough on a well-floured surface, and roll it with a
well-floured rolling pin to 1/8 inch thich, adding more flour as necessary
to make the dough rollable. Cut rectangles approximately 1-1/4 by 3 inches
with a knife, and prick them with a fork.

Place on a lightly greased baking tray, and bake 10 minutes in a 375 degree
oven. Cool on a rack. To freeze, place in ziplock or in container. That
    completely before serving.
