Nachos (with pork rinds)

List of Ingredients
1/2 bag Pork Rinds
1/2 lb hamburger, browne--cooked with 1 Package spices designed for tacos
(sugar free)
1 can (4 oz) chili pepper, peeled and drained, cut into strips 1/2 inch by 2
inches
1 can (4 oz) sliced Olives
3 stems green onions, cut into 3 inch lengths and then cut vertically
1/2 lb grated cheese (mild cheddar and Monterrey Jack)
Recipe
Spray baking pan, and layer in the ingredinets in order listed. Bake at
350-375 for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Top with small dollops of sour cream and/or mashed avocado flavored with a
small amount of lemon juice and garlic powder.
