    List of Ingredients




    1 egg white, beaten
    1 cup Splenda (pourable style) (or ½ cup Splenda, and ½ cup DiabetiSweet)
    1 teaspoon butter extract
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup DaVinci English Toffee sugar free syrup
    1 cup pecans
    1 cup almonds
    butter flavored cooking spray

    Recipe



    Mix egg whites, syrup, Splenda, salt, extract and nuts together. Spread out
    on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam or butter flavored cooking spray. Bake at
    325 degrees for about a half hour, take a fork and separate them, turn them
    and bake for another half hour or until glazed and crunchy.

    I leave mine in the oven awhile after I turn the oven off. They get
    crunchier but make sure that you don't burn them! Store in a sealed plastic
    bag. These are delicious so keep them away from your family or make them
    often:)

    1/4 cup nuts=3.7 grams of carb.
