2 c. crispy pecans or walnuts
4 T. butter, melted
salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spread nuts on cookie sheet. Stir in the butter, coating all the nuts. Roast for 20-25 min. Remove from oven and salt to taste. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
