    3/4 cup Splenda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon allspice
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 egg white
    2 1/2 tablespoons water
    8 cups pecan halves

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line a jellyroll pan with foil and grease
    lightly. In a large bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, allspice,
    cloves, egg white and water; stir well. Add pecans; stir until coated.
    Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from pan and cool on wax paper. Pecans can be prepared a week in
    advance and stored in an airtight container.
