Sugar and Spice Nuts

1 large egg white, beaten until frothy
1T cinnamon
3/4 cup Splenda (you can use Sugar Twin to save carbs but it isn't as yummy)
2 cups *nuts* (almonds & pecans are my favorites, sometimes walnuts if
I'm low on the others)
Toss this all together in a mixing bowl and coat *nuts* with the cinnamon/egg
white mixture. Place on a cookie sheet that is sprayed with Pam or similar
product. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour tossing them about midway
through the baking process. These are great to take for any time but be
careful, those not on a diet will eat them all up, even the kids! Make sure
to hide a little baggie of *nuts* somewhere for yourself:)
1 cup pecans=11 carb grams
1 cup almonds=4.6
1 cup walnuts=8.4
3/4 cup Splenda=18
Total carb amount depends on what kind of *nuts* you use. I have already
deducted the fiber :)
