    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs ground beef
    2 T. garlic minced
    1 cup. chopped onions
    2 T. chili powder
    2 tsps. cumin

    Recipe



    Brown meat and drain. Set aside.
    Brown onions in residual fat and then add garlic. Return meat to pot
    and add seasonings. Add water to cover (barely). Cook for one hour.

    I add package of splenda because I like a sweeter taste.

    Serves: 6-8
    Carbs : Approximately 2 per serving if you use onions instead of onion
    powder.
