    1 tbs Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
    1/2 cup Celery (chopped)
    1/4 cup Green Pepper (chopped)
    1 cup fresh Deli Ham (chopped)
    4 cups Chicken Broth
    1 Bay Leaf
    1/2 tsp Dried Basil
    1/4 cup Heavy Cream
    1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
    3/4 cup Velveeta Cheese

    Recipe



    Saute the onions, celery, and the bell pepper in olive oil until tender. Add the deli ham and re-heat for a few minutes. Add the chicken broth, basil, and the bay leaf. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Discard the bay leaf. Add the heavy cream, and return to boiling until desired thickness. Add the cheeses while stirring constantly. 4 Servings approx 6 grams carbs per serving
