    Recipe Introduction

Thought you might enjoy this one. Please note the beans are
'optional' per his instructions. If you prefer arrowroot or
not-starch for thickener, use it instead of the flour.

    List of Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
3 Pounds boneless chuck -- cut into 1-inch cubes
    3 garlic cloves -- chopped
    5 Tablespoons chili powder
    2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
    1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Can beef or chicken broth -- (10 1/2 ounce)
    1 Teaspoon salt
    1 Teaspoon pepper
1 Can pinto beans (optional) -- (15 ounce)
    Shredded Longhorn cheese
    Jalapeno peppers
    Sour cream
    Lime wedges
