    Cauliflower Au Gratin

    List of Ingredients




    2 medium cauliflower, cut into florets (about 20 ounces)
    2 Tablespoon heavy cream
    2 Tablespoon butter (melted)
    1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
    white pepper to taste,
    1 Tablespoon butter
    1 cup shredded mixed white and cheddar cheese
    1 package (8oz) cream cheese, cut into chunks


    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°f

    Butter or oil a medium baking pan or ovenproof casserole dish. Place
    cauliflower in a single layer in the bottom of the casserole. Dot the top
    with 1 Tablespoon butter and add any remaining cauliflower if needed. Bake,
    covered, for about 20 min. Stir in cream, 2 Tablespoons butter mayonnaise
    salt and pepper. Top with cheeses. Bake for another 30 minutes, uncovering
    cauliflower for the last 10 minutes of baking. Stir, serve hot.
