    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1 garlic bud peeled adn sliced very thinly
    1/4 cup butter
    1 1/2 pounds fresh cut green beans (or use frozen)
    1/2 cup water
    salt and pepper
    1/2 cup heavy cream (or sour cream if preferred)

    Recipe



    Sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic in hot butter, set aside. Add green
    beans, water, and salt and pepper to a medium pan. Bring to a boil; reduce
    heat and cover. Simmer until tender and water is reduced to a minimum. Add
    cream and stir well, heat through without boiling. Taste and add more salt
    and pepper
    as needed.

    Serves 4.
