Garlic Butter Summer Veggies

Ingredients
Yellow squash
zucchini
cabbage
red peppers
broccoli
garlic powder
salt and pepper
butter (2 tbsp)
Directions
Slice squash and zucchini and peppers into bite sized pieces. Chop cabbage and broccoli. Place in microwave safe bowl. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. I usually use about a teaspoon of garlic powder and a dash of salt and pepper. Place butter slices on top. Cover and microwave for approx 5-6 minutes in a 1000 watt microwave on high. You can adjust for longer if veggies are still crispy. This also works in tin foil on top of the grill.
