    Spinach Pockets

    1 stick melted butter
    8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
    8 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
    1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    of liquid
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    Garlic powder to taste
    6 well-beaten eggs
    4 Tablespoons cream or half an half
    6 pieces heavy foil about 12-15 inches square


    TO PREPARE:

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread mixture uniformly on non-stick
    sprayed surface of Aluminum foil.
    Roll foil and tuck the ends Bake on cookie sheet with tucked ends up (not
    down!) at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly. Be careful when
    serving --hot juices will be inside packets.

    If desired these may be baked in 6 oz sprayed glass bakung dishes topped
    with foil

    SERVES: 6
