Yet Another Cauliflower Recipe

I don't measure - so just wing it.
Large head of Cauliflower - cut off thick stem,
Boil the rest until soft.
Drain well in colander ...
Put back in the pan you boiled in.
Mash with a potato masher ( may as well use it for something now)
4 oz cream cheese or so..
1/3 cup or so grated cheddar cheese.
Garlic powder - some ( to your taste )
A dab of horse radish ( to your taste )
dried parsley - ( fresh would be better ) - some maybe 1-2 T
fresh ground pepper ( to your taste )
some salt ( to your taste )
Test it now... if you think it needs more of something add a little.
Put in serving dish - bake or warm up on the microwave.
Serve with butter on the side
