    1 cup dark sweet cherries (frozen or fresh and pitted)
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    3 Tbsp. green bell pepper, minced
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. water
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce, or to taste
    Salt, to taste (optional)

    Recipe



    Dice cerries, basil, and bell pepper and combine with
    remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
