Sherilyn's Egg Foo Yung Brown Gravy

1/2 cup beef broth
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch -- mixed with
water -- to thicken
Stir together all ingredients in small saucepan. Stir constantly until
mixture thickens.
Note: You may use less cornstarch and water.
