This is a nice company cake.


List of Ingredients




1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Orange juice
2 cups Flour
1/4 cup Canola oil
2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Margarine



Recipe



Mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, orange juice, oil, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Spread into greased 9 inch round pan. Mix all other ingredients to make course Crumb topping. Sprinkle topping on to cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
