    I am not quite sure where I got this recipe from, but found it in my recipe box. My comments were Excellant !! for this recipe

    List of Ingredients




    4 ounces cream cheese, soft
    1 tablespoon milk or half-and-half
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip
    1 store bought graham cracker crust
    1 cup cold milk or half-and-half
    1 (16 ounces) can pumpkins
    2 (3.4 ounces) boxes instant pudding mix, vanilla
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/4 teaspoon cloves

    Recipe



    1. Mix cream cheese, 1 tbsp milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
    2. Gently stir whipped topping inches Spread on bottom of crust.
    3. Pour 1 cup cold milk into bowl.
    4. Add pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices.
    5. Beat with wire whisk until well blended.
    6. will be thick.
    7. Spread over cream cheese layer.
    8. Refrigerate 4 hrs till set.
    9. Garnish with additional topping, if desired.
    10. Store left over pie in fridge.
