Baked Fillet of Sole with Salsa

This recipe is oustanding. Gives the fish a very wonderful taste.


List of Ingredients




1 cup salsa
4-6 pcs of sole
salt and pepper


Recipe



In shallow dish large enough to hold the fish in one layer, spread 1/2 the salsa and arrange fish on top. season with s&p and spread on remaining salsa. Bake 7 minutes, add a little more salsa if needed (I do) and bake 7 mintues more.
