    German Potato Salad



    4 slices bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled
    ¾ C onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    ¼ C water
    3 T cider vinegar
    ½ tsp sugar
    1/8 tsp pepper
    4 C cooked potatoes, diced

    Cook bacon, remove and cook onion in drippings until tender. Add soup, water, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Mix together and pour over potatoes. Simmer 5 minutes and serve hot.
