    Fruit Smoothie

    ½ cup skim milk OR soy milk

    1 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt (Opt. but increase milk to 1 cup if omitting yogurt)

    1 ½ tsp honey (alter to taste)

    1 tsp flax seed (Optional)

    ½ scoop whey protein (Optional)

    ½ frozen banana

    2/3 cup frozen strawberries

    1/3 cup frozen blueberries

    Recipe




    No ice needed because the fruit is frozen. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Alter to your liking.
